1 dash salt
1 tsp tumeric powder

Curry:
1tbsp corn oil
1 small onion
1 medium tomato
2 cans of tuna in water
2tbsp. of flour (about 0.1c)
.5tsp salt
2tbsp curry powder (I use mild)
1 dash ground pepper
1 tsp dried parsley
1 floz milk
about 1 c water


How Do I Make Tuna Curry?

Here is how you make Tuna Curry:

Rice:Boild the rice as usual adding salt and tumeric powder (gives the rice the yellow colour and an indian taste) to the boiling water.Curry:heat the oil in a cooking pot, dice the onion and tomato. Frz the onion then add the tomato. then add spices and flour and fry a little bit. Add water and milk. Drain the tuna and add.Let this simmer together for about 15 minutes.
