I love pasta and scallops. My 4 year old daughter loves peas. My husband loves bacon, as does my 3 year old son. So, one night I started creating. I had some cream that needed to be used and looked on Sparkrecipes and found something that gave me a start.....the chicken broth and garlic then the recipe just formed. My daughter had seconds! I have a setting that I just push a button and it doesn't take long. Drain them if necessary.In a large skillet over med/high heat add 1/4 c chicken broth and garlic. Add more broth as broth boils away until you have added the full 1/2 cup, stirring to brown the garlic. Then add your scallops and peas. Stir until scallops are cooked, about 3-4 minutes. Add the cream and bacon and reduce the heat to med/low stirring constantly for about 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens adding the parmesan cheese between stirs. Pour the sauce on the pasta and stir again.
