Here is how you make Baked Asparagus Ziti:

food process carrots, onion, and spinach. Saute in non stick skillet with seasonings. Add this mix with chopped asparagus, meat, sauce,parmesan cheese, and penne. Mix well. Cover with foil and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes, then uncover and bake until cheese is is melted and tomatoes are browning. Let stand 10 minutes.
