8 oz package mushrooms, sliced

28 oz can Diced Tomatoes
6 oz Tomato Paste
1/3 cup Water
1/4 tsp Crushed Red Pepper
1 oz shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 oz Great Value Parmesan Cheese
1 tsp Ground Oregano


How Do I Make WI Baked Mushroom Rotini?

Here is how you make WI Baked Mushroom Rotini:

Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 7X11 baking pan. Cook pasta according to package directions and drain. Meanwhile, in a large deep non-stick skillet cook ground beef, mushrooms, onion and garlic until meat is browned and vegetables are tender. Drain off any fat but don't rinse. Stir in cooked pasta, tomatoes, tomato paste, the water and crushed red pepper. Transfer pasta mixture to the prepared baking dish. Bake, covered, for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with mozzarella, parmesan cheese and oregano. Then bake, uncovered, about 10 minutes more or until heated through.
