Cook pasta as directed.While pasta is cooking, remove sausage from casing and brown in pan. Add chopped red pepper and sauce and heat through.Combine spinach, egg and cheeses, RESERVE 1/4 c parmesan and 1/2 c mozzerella. When pasta is cooked, stir pasta into cheese mixture.Put 1/2 of sauce in bottom of 8" square pan, spoon pasta mixture into pan, and top with remaining sauce.
