Here is how you make Megan's Baked Penne:

1. Mix Ricotta, egg, mozzarella, parmesan and spices in a small bowl. Set aside2. Sautee veggies w/Olive Oil (if desired), Garlic and Pepper. Add Tomato Sauce. Let simmer3. Prepare Pasta according to package directions4. Grease a 13X9 pan or glass baking dish. Layer tomato sauce, half of pasta, sauce, ricotta cheese mixture, mozzarella, pasta, sauce.
