Mix together:
0.85 cup (8 fl oz) warm Water, tap
1.25 tsp Granulated Sugar
1 ounce Yeast, bakers (1 pkg)

Sift together the dry ingredients:
1 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup
1.25 cup King Arthur 100% Unbleached White Whole Wheat Flour
0.25 tsp Salt

Mix the yeast water with the mashed beans. Whip as smooth as possible. Add liquid to dry ingredients. Mix well. When the dough comes together, take out of the bowl.

On parchment paper, sprinkle flour lightly. Knead dough till it’s elastic. Add just enough flour to keep it from sticking to paper or hands.

To roll out the dough, put another parchment paper on top. Use a rolling pin to make strokes away from the circle’s center. When the thickness is about 1/4” and the diameter is 12” +/-, then you can dress the pie with toppings of your choice.
