Slowly add water while processing until a dough ball forms. On a semolina floured surface, knead briefly until smooth. Set aside for about 10 minutes while preparing filling.In a hot skillet add chopped carrot and garlic, saute in either water or olive oil for about 5 minutes until carrots are beginning to tender. Add spinach and continue to saute for another 5 minutes until heated throughout. In a medium sized bowl, mash black beans with a fork. Add to the spinach mixture and heat throughout.Roll out pasta dough to desired thickness with a rolling pin or a pasta press. Using a round cookie cutter (or your preferred cutting method), cut dough into rounds. Add 1 tbsp of filling to half of them and cover with the remaining half of the rounds. Press together the edges to seal. Carefully add ravioli to boiling water. Once water returns to a boil, cook for about 2 minutes.
