2 8OZ OR 1 15 OZ CAN NO SALT ADDED TOMATO SAUCE
SEASONINGS TO TASTE (PEPPER, BASIL, OREGANO, GARLIC POWDER), OPTIONAL

Here is how you make HOMEMADE BEEF STEW:

Spray the inside of a pressure cooker with cooking spray. Over medium high heat, brown onions & beef. Add carrots & potatoes, then stir in tomato sauce. Add about 1/2 can of water (if using large can--or 1 small can of water--I usually rinse out the cans with this water). Add seasonings, if desired, & stir. Cover & bring up to pressure. When at pressure, lower heat to keep a gentle, rocking motion on the "jiggler:. Cook for 12 minutes, then remove from heat & cool immediately in the sink under cold running water. Stir in peas, then serve.
