1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1/4 tsp. dried marjoram
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1/4 cup heavy cream
6 T grated parmesan cheese

Here is how you make Atkins Beef Bolognaise with Parmesan:

1. Saute the beef, chopped onion and garlic in olive oil over medium heat in a heavy sauce pan for 5-10 minutes until meat is lightly browned. Drain off excess fat.2. Dice the zucchini, celery and broccoli. Add to the meat and cook an additional 5 minutes until softened.3. Add the tomato sauce, oregano marjoram and basil.
