Here is how you make Brownie Biscotti:

Mix ingredients well, mixture will be stiff. If too stiff, add a bit of water. Prepare baking pan with Pam or parchment paper. I use the Pampered Chef bar pan stone (jelly roll size). Shape one long loaf or log (many people do two logs, I prefer one). Shape it to about 12x4. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool for 30 minutes on the baking sheet. Cut diagonally into 18 slices. Lay cut side down on baking sheet and bake at 325 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Turn and bake on other side for 10-15 minutes more. Cool and store in airtight container.
