1 cup, shredded Swiss Cheese

How Do I Make Meaty Pasta Casserole?

Here is how you make Meaty Pasta Casserole:

-use 2 greased 9X13 in. baking pans one may be set aside for freezing if desired prior to baking. Preheat oven to 350 deg.-Cook pasta according to directions, meanwhile, in large Dutch oven or stock pot cook beef, pork sausage, mushrooms, onions and green pepper over medium heat until meat is no longer pink, drain.Drain pasta, add to meat mixture. Stir in tomatoes, spaghetti sauce, salsa and pepperoni and half of the cheeses.-Divide half of the mixture between the 2 greased baking pans or use one really really big lasagna baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining three cheeses over each of the baking dishes.-Bake at 350 for 35 min. or until cheese has melted.If you have set aside one for freezing cover and put in freezer:To use frozen casserole: Thaw in refrigerator overnight.
