Here is how you make Stuffed Shells, Spinach and Cheese:

Saute spinach and garlic in evoo. Wilt, then drain. Combine spinach and cheeses in food processor, pulsing until blended and spinach is slightly cooled. Add egg. Boil shells for 8 minutes, drain and place on paper lined pan. Lightly cover baking dish with favorite sauce. Stuff shells and place in pan. Cover lightly with sauce.
