Cook macaroni as per package instructions. Shred cheese as pasta cooks. When pasta is done cooking (about 9 minutes) drain. Mix macaroni, diced tomatoes and half of shredded cheese into a large mixing bowl. Pour into a 9x11 Pyrex lasagna pan sprayed with cooking spray. Sprinkle the rest of the shredded cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 25 minutes. Serve with green salad and Italian dressing and dinner rolls for a complete meal.
