preheat oven to 375 degreesin a medium sized bowl, mix breadcrumbs and italian seasoning. In a small saucepan, melt smart balalce with garlic. Dip chicken pieces into garlic/smart balance mixture, letting extra drip off, and then coat completely with bread crumb mixture.Place coated chicken breasts in a lightly sprayed 9x 13" balking dish. Combine any left over garlic sauce with any left over bread crumbs and spoon evenly over chicken pieces.
