Here is how you make Teri's Own Italian Style Chicken W/ Veggies:

Cut Chicken breast into 1" strips, then cut in half for smaller pieces. (Cooks faster) Spray a skillet with pam and brown chicken. Add strips of onion and bell pepper and a can of mushrooms. Add 3/4 cup of water. Lightly salt and pepper to taste. Garlic powder, and italian seasoning are added for your own taste also. Spinkle with about 2 - 3 Tablespoons of worchestershire sauce.
