Makes 3 1.5 cup servings.Boil noodles and drain. Set aside. Heat 2 tablespoon olive oil in nonstick skillet. Place uncooked chicken breast in skillet and heat until cooked through. Add sauce from jar (it is about 1/3 of the jar) and stir. Add fiesta cheese and italian cheese blends and stir until melted. Add sauce to noodles and stir.
