Here is how you make Panko Parmesan Chicken Breasts:

Split a whole chicken breast into 2 halves. Season chicken breasts with prefered seasonings and allow to sit for at least 15 minutes. Next, dip breasts in egg beaters, coating both sides and then dredge each side of each breast in panko bread crumbs and place on a lightly greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes, turning carefully avery 10 minutes. In the meantime, heat 1 8 oz can of tomato sauce, stirring in 2 tsp Italian Seasoning.For the last 10 minutes top chicken with sauce and .5 oz shredded mozzarella cheese and allow to bake until cheese is melted.Serve with rice or noodles.Makes 2 servings: .5 chicken breast each serving.Number of Servings: 2Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user BUNNY1965.
