Cook pasta according to package instructions.Meanwhile, heat 2 TBSP oil in a large pan with shallots and garlic. Add zucchini slices; cook until soft. Add tomatoes; cook several minutes more. Add cheese. Mix together with the cooked pasta.In another pan (or the same pan after the veggies are done), heat the remaining TBSP oil. Add the chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until done.
