Wash and trim broccoli to florets. Put olive oil in large skillet and add garlic, cook over medium heat until garlic begins to brown. Add broccoli and coat entirely with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Add water and cover, simmer over low heat for about 15 minutes, until broccoli is tender to fork.In meantime, pasta should be cooked according to package instructions. Slice chicken sausage into .5" slices, set aside.When broccoli is cooked, add sausage, just to heat up.Toss cooked pasta, broccoli and sausage, along with any liquid in broccoli/pasta skillet together.
