Mine takes 80 min total.Once dough is finished, preheat oven to 400 degrees and seperate dough into 2 balls and spread onto cookiesheet or pizza stone. Cook in oven at 400 degrees for 10 min.While dough is in the bread machine . . .Light Alfredo SauceIn a small saucepan, heat oil over medium heat. Add garlic and saute until golden brown.In a medium saucepan, stir together milk, chicken broth, flour, salt and pepper over low heat until smooth and thick. Stir into garlic. Continue to cook over medium low heat, stirring frequently, until the sauce is thick. if sauce is not thickening enough, add a little more flour. Stir in Mozzarella cheese.
