1 tbsp extra light olive oil
Kosher salt
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup dry white wine
1 cup light Alfredo sauce
1 large lemon, zested and juiced
1/4 cup grated Parmesan
2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley

Cut chicken breasts into bite size pieces.Bring a large pot of water to a boil over high heat. Drop the linguine into the pot of boiling water and add a big pinch of salt. Cook according to package directions until the pasta is just tender. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil. Add the onions and chicken and cook until chicken is browned. Be careful not to burn the onion. Remove the chicken to a bowl and cover to keep warm. Add the wine, lemon juice and zest, and asparagus and cook about 5 minutes til asparagus is tender-crisp. Add the Alfredo sauce and stir, bring to a simmer. Turn the heat to low and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Add the linguine and toss to coat.
