2 LBS (910g) Extra Lean Ground chicken

2 TBSP Italian Seasoning
2 Tsp Pepper
Salt to taste

Brown chicken in pan and drain. In large saucepan fry olive oil, onion, peppers, and garlic until soft. Add ground chicken, sauce and crush tomatos. Add herbs Bring to boil stirring often.
