1can diced italian style tomatoes
1 large can of white meat chicken
1 green bell pepper
1/2 cup diced onions
2 crushed garlic cloves
3 tbsp sugar or splenda
dash garlic powder
dash italian seasoning
dash cinnamon
dash black pepper
dash season salt
dash olive oil

set a large pot of water on to boil for noodles.chop the onion and dice the bell pepper, crush the garlic. in a large nonstick skillet, heat a dash of olive oil and saute the veggies until soft. drain the can of chicken meat and add to the veggies, breaking up and stirring to heat through.in a large saucepan, combine the can of hunts sauce, the can of tomatoes, and all the seasonings. add the cooked veggie chicken mixture and simmer until the noodles are done in the other pot, about 8 - 9 minutes.serve over spaghetti noodles or other pasta. makes about 8 1/2cup servings. i did not pasta in the nutritional infoNumber of Servings: 8Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user CCSOGIRL.
