2 cloves garlic
1/2 T balsamic vinegar
1/2 t salt
1 t red pepper flakes (or to taste!)

Preheat oven to 420Mix together the salt, black pepper, dried herbs, and garlic powder. Evenly sprinkle over all the chicken.Dip ONE SIDE of the chicken into the italian dressing mixture, then into the panko. Place on baking sheet. If desired, spray top of breaded chicken with cooking spray. Bake for about 20 minutes, or until cooked through (it goes fast if you use the thinly sliced chicken breast).For the quick and easy marinara:Mix together about half a can (2 cups) of the crushed tomatoes with 2 cloves minced garlic. 1/2 T balsamic vinegar, 1/2 salt, 1 t red pepper flakes. Bring it up to a boil and let it simmer while the chicken cooks.
