2 c fresh spinach (chopped)
1 can artichoke hearts (chopped)

2T light cream cheese
1 c whole wheat penne (uncooked)

In a non stick pan, saute garlic in 1/2 cup of broth. Add chicken and cook 5 min, or until cooked through. Add spinach and artichokes, stir for just a few seconds, until spinach wilts.Add the rest of the can of broth, and the pasta.
