1 small onion (chopped)
2 frozen or fresh chicken breast (boneless)
1/2 tsp. Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb Seasoning Blend
1 cup of shredded Italian cheese (divide in half)
Cubed or shredded garlic bread

Here is how you make Vegetable Chicken Penne:

Cook Penne noodles according to directions. While noodles are cooking, fry chicken with Olive Oil till almost done. Chop onions and add to chicken. Cook onions till translucent. While in the pan, cut the chicken in strips, then cubes. Complete cooking. Set aside.Take a food processor and chop up carrots, then tomatoes. Cook the corn in the microwave with butter. In a 2 Qt. oven proof bowl, combine alfredo sauce, corn, tomatoes, carrots, milk, half of the cheese and mix. Add the noodles and chicken with onions and stir. Break up bread and sprinkle on top.
