*5 whole grain lasagna noodles (uncooked)
*1.5 cups light spaghetti sauce
*Seasoning to taste

Here is how you make Chopped Chicken and Veggie Lasagna:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees2. Spray small rectangular baking dish with non-stick spray.3. In skillet, saute chicken, finely diced, onion, and garlic.4. When chicken is no longer pink, add corn an carrots.5. When those have thawed, add 1 cup of sauce, reserving 1/2 cup for later. Add spices that you like. Let cook for another minute, then set aside.6. In a bowl, combine the egg, cottage cheese, and mozzarella. Combine.7. Begin layering by adding a few spoonfuls of sauce to bottom of the dish. Add noodles, breaking them to fit as needed. Top with half the sauce, then half the cheese mixture. Repeat.8. When you've put the final noodles on top, add reserved 1/2cup of sauce to top, and sprinkle with some mozzarella.9. Cover with foil and put in oven for 50 minutes. 10.
