2 C Onions, sliced
6 Garlic Cloves, chopped finely
1 C Green Pepper, chopped
2 T Olive Oil
2 Italian Sausages, pork or chicken
1 lb Scallops, raw
1 lb Shrimp, raw
51 oz Sea Clams, chopped and canned in clam juice
1 C Red Wine
1/2 t Thyme
1/2 t Basil
1/4 t Oregano
Salt and Pepper to taste


How Do I Make Seafood Chowder?

Here is how you make Seafood Chowder:

Saute the onions in the olive oil until golden brown. Add the green pepper and garlic and cook until just tender. Set aside. Cook the sausage through and chop. Add chopped sausage, wine, tomatoes with liquid, clam juice, thyme, oregano, basil and pepper to the vegetable mixture. Simmer gently until reduced by a quarter.
