Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water. Add salt and flour; mis until not sticky. Add more flour if needed. Cover and rise 30 minutes. Roll out and cut with pizza cutter into long 4 to 5 inch strips. Place strips in bottom of buttered jelly roll pan. Turn strips so each side is covered in butter. Sprinkle with garlic or cinnamon and sugar.
