How Do I Make Easy Cheezy Shells?

Here is how you make Easy Cheezy Shells:

Cook shells as directed on package. Drain and let stand in cold water for about 30 minutes changing the water every 10 minutes. Drain in colander. In a large bowl combine Ricotta Cheese, Mozzarella Cheese, 2 eggs. Blend well. Add garlic and onion powders. Rub the Italian Seasoning between hands to granulate as you add to cheese. Now set oven to 350 degrees while you stuff the shells. Using a 9" by 13" pan spread enough sauce to cover bottom(about 1/3 of sauce). Using a tablespoon or small scoop stuff each shell with about 1 oz. or so of cheese (shells should never close at tops). Lightly close tops leaving a small gap at top of each. Place in pan 3 down and 10 across (30 total). Use balance of sauce and pour over the shells. Sprinkle with the parmesan cheese. Oven should be preheated by now.
