Cut tops off and remove seeds from peppers. Wash peppers. Mix rice and turkey together. Fill peppers 3/4 full with meat filling. Place filled peppers in crock pot (I use 2 crocks to cook all the peppers). Finish filling peppers with tomato sauce. Then finish filling crocks with canned tomatoes.
