1 package spaghetti sauce spice mix
Parmesan cheese
1/4 C. cider vinegar (to taste)

Here is how you make Mom's Homemade Lasagna:

Pre-Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cook noodles as directed on package. While cooking the noodles, brown ground turkey. Reduce heat to medium-low. Stir in Tomato Soup, spaghetti sauce mix, vinegar, onion, and oregano. Scoop a thin layer of sauce onto the bottom of a 9x 13 1/2 baking pan (a rectangular cake pan works great). How to make the layers: place noodles in a row on top of the sauce, add cream cheese in pieces (they don't have to cover all the noodles), add another layer of sauce, noodles, mozzarella cheese, sauce, cottage cheese (smoothed out), noodles, remaining sauce (smoothed out). Sprinkle the cheese evenly over the top of the sauce.Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
