1/2 cup whole milk
1/2 cup whole flax meal
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. parsley

Here is how you make Grandma's Classy Classic Italian Meatballs:

First, saute the onion and garlic in the olive oil, until transparent. Add the oregano, basil, bay leaf, and all the tomato products. Allow this to simmer for about 45 minutes. In the meantime, make the meatballs.Mix all of the meatball ingredients, making sure it is the right consistency.
