Lasagna Noodles 16 oz. Shredded Mozzarella Part Skim Cheese 16 oz. Cottage Cheese, small curd, fat free Parmesan cheese (optional) How Do I Make HealthierLynn's Lasagna?Here is how you make HealthierLynn's Lasagna: I put 150 minutes for prep time because the spaghetti sauce takes 2 hours to cook. The actual "build" of the lasagna doesn't take much time at all!In a 9" x 13" pan, spread a small layer of sauce. Then in layers put 1/2 the noodles, then 1/2 the sauce, then 1/2 the cottage cheese, then 1/2 the mozzarella cheese, then if you want to, sprinkle some parmesan cheese (but I did NOT figure that into the nutritional info). Repeat with remaining ingredients. Bake at 400 degrees for 30-45 minutes, or until cheese is browned and bubbly.
