1 sheet of matzah
8 medium baby carrots (grated)
36g low fat mozzarella cheese
1 dessert spoon white all purpose flour
1 tsp olive oil
1 cup skim milk
1/2 Tbsp Italian spice
1 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese


How Do I Make Iemah's Lasagna?

Here is how you make Iemah's Lasagna:

Cook the beef with the carrots in a non-stick pan until done. While the beef is cooking, make a white sauce. Start by combining the flour and olive oil, and microwave it for about 1 minute. Then slowly add most of the milk, while stirring. Return to microwave oven for 1 minute. Continue whisking, microwaving and adding milk, until the sauce has thickened and the flour doesn't taste raw anymore. Then add the italian spice and parmesan cheese.In a small sprayed oven pan (or I sometimes use a bread-pan), put the meat/ carrot mixture. Put the matzah on top of the mixture (it will serve as the pasta), and lay the white sauce on top of the matzah. Sprinkle the cheese over top and cook for 30-45 minutes until done.*For a larger recipe, add a chopped onion to the meat mixture.
