1 package of jennie-o sweet Italian sausage
3/4 of a ball of mozzarella, I use whole milk
1 large container whole milk ricotta cheese
Italian seasoning
1 egg
water


How Do I Make Lasagna?

Here is how you make Lasagna:

Mix raw egg and Italian seasoning (1 tbsp.) into ricotta, mix well. Remove Italian sausage from casing, brown in skillet. Add sauce, fill sauce jar 3/4 full with water, add to skillet and deglaze pan. Grate mozzarella on box grater. Layer 5 uncooked lasagna noodles in 9x13 pan, cover with a layer of sauce/sausage. Add a layer of ricotta, then a layer of mozzarella. Repeat 3 times or until done with ingredients. reserve about 3/4 c. of mozzarella, bake lasagna for one hour, top with remaining mozzarella, bake until melted.
