16 oz. lasgna noodles uncooked
3 c shredded mozzerella cheese
1/2 c shredded parmesean cheese

How Do I Make Min's Lasagna?

Here is how you make Min's Lasagna:

In a baking dish place the noodles, cover with VERY hot tap water and let sit for 10 minutes. Meanwhile mix the ricotta, parmesean, egg, and seasoning. Drain water and pat dry the noodles and the dish. Spray the dish with non stick spray. Spread 2 cups of sauce on the bottom on dish topped by 1 overlapping layer of noodles. Cover with 1/2 the ricotta mixture then 2 cups of sauce, another layer of noodles and 1 cup of mozzerella. Repeat layers, cover and bake 1 hour.
