*2 tsp Italian Seasoning, 1 serving
Cheddar Cheese, 2 cup, shredded
Cottage Cheese, 2% Milkfat, 1.5 cup (not packed)
*Kraft Mozzarella Finely shredded Part Skim cheese, 1 cup
*1/4 tsp garlic salt, 2 serving


How Do I Make No Carb Lasagna?

Here is how you make No Carb Lasagna:

Slice the zucchini and yellow squash lengthwise about 1/4 inch thick. Place on cook sheet at 425 for 5 minutes. Remove and set aside. Reduce heat to 375. Brown onion and ground beef. Add garlic salt, italian seasoning, tomatoes, tomato sauce, and any other veggies you like and simmer to thicken.Layer the zucchini, sauce, cottage cheese and cheeses as you would a lasagna. Bake at 375 for one hour. Cover with foil if you don't want your cheese too brown.
