10 ozs mozarella cheese
9 lasagna noodles

This makes 8 servings in a 9 x 13 dish cut 2 x 4Cut up onion and mince garlic cloves.Cook ground beef, onion, and garlic. (Add any seasonings you like to make it more Italian tasting eg. garlic salt, all spice, salt, pepper, oregano, parsley ) Drain off extra grease when done and set aside.For the sauce:In a blender put in the two cans of diced tomatoes, garlic powder, onion powder, sugar, oregano, basil, thyme, and blasamic vinegar and blend well.Put in a sauce pan with bay leaves and bring to a boil turn down heat and let simmer for about 3-5 minutes. Add sauce to meat and on a low heat let extra liquid simmer off.In a large pan boil lasagna noodles. While both of those things are cooking turn oven on to 375 and grate 10 ounces of mozzarella cheese.When noddles are done, drain. Turn off meat mixture and remove bay leaves. In a 9 x 13 pan place three noodles in the bottom then put a layer of 1/2 the meat mixture and sprinkle with 1/3 of the mozzarella cheese. Layer with another 3 noodles, then rest of the meat mixture and another 3 of the cheese. Put the last 3 noodles on and then the last of the cheese.
