1 egg, lightly beaten
24 oz. cottage cheese (1%)
2 T. parmesan cheese
7 whole wheat lasagna noodles (uncooked)
6 oz. shredded mozzarella (2%)

Brown beef and onion until meat is no longer pink, drain. Stir in tomatoes, water, tomato paste, garlic, seasonings and simmer for approx. 10 min.In separate bowl, combine egg, cottage cheese and parmesan. Spray 13x9 pan with nonstick cooking spray. Spread 2 c. meat sauce in bottom of pan, top with half the noodles, half the cottage cheese, and half the remaining meat sauce. Repeat layers.Cover and bake at 350 for 45-50 min. Uncover; sprinkle with mozzarella. Bake for additional 5-10 min. or until bubbly and cheese is melted.
