Here is how you make Jen's Lasagna:

Saute chicken, onions and garlic. Add sauce and simmer. Cook pasta to al dente. Mix cottage cheese, parmesean, defrosted spinach, salt, and salt-free spices such as oregano, basil, and 21 Seasons Salute. Layer a cup of sauce, half of the penne, half of the cheese mixture, and repeat, ending with a layer of sauce. Cook at 350 degrees, and add the sargento cheese for last 10 minutes of cooking.
