45 Ounce Jar of Ragu Sauce, chunky garden combination. (I use all but about 1 cup)

1 Pound package of perdue ground chicken

8 Ounce bag of Mozzzarella cheese part skim, fancy shredded

16 Oz Nonfat Cottage Cheese

3/4 of a Yellow bell pepper
1/2 a medium onion
3 medium mushrooms, chopped

Brown ground chicken. Add pepper, onion and mushrooms until done.Pour a small amount of ragu sauce on the bottom of 2 11x9 pans.Mix remaining sauce with cottage cheese in a separate bowl.Layer lasagna- put one row of noodles on bottom of each dish, add a layer of sauce and cottage cheese mixture, chicken, and a handful of mozzerella cheese. Each of your dishes should have 2 layers of noodles and sauce, chicken mixture.
