2 links chicken sausage
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, chopped
4 cups marinara sauce
1 large egg

1 cup sour cream
8 oz mozarella
1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Here is how you make Lasagna:

Preheat oven to 350*FCook lasagna noodles according to package directions. Meanwhile, heat olive oil over med-high heat. Add onions and sausage. Saute until just before sausage is cooked through. Add garlic. Cook until sausage is done. Stir in sauce, reduce heat, and let simmer about 10 minutes.In a medium bowl, combine egg, cottage cheese, sour cream, mozarella, parmesan, salt, and pepper.To layer: this part takes a bit of estimating depending on the brand of noodles you purchase and the size of your baking dish. Basically, start with a bit of sauce at the bottom, next lay out 3-4 noodles. Evenly spread about 1/3 (or 1/4) cheese mixture, top with 1/3 sauce.
