Here is how you make Lighter Lasagna:

1) Cook lasagna noodles according to package2) Brown sausage & beef in a pan and drain fat. Add in 3/4 the jar of spaghetti sauce. 3) Mix together mozzarella cheese, ricotta cheese and egg white. Optional to add any additional seasoning to the cheese. 4) In bottom of 9x9 pan put down spaghetti sauce to coat pan.5) Cut noodles to fit pan. Layer with cheese mixture, then beef mixture.
