Here is how you make More Veggies than Meat Lasagna:

Spray large frypan with cooking spray and cook onion, mushrooms and garlic until starting to colour. Add meat and mixed herbs and cook until brown. Cover the bottom of your lasagna dish with a little of the canned tomato juice, then add the rest of the tomatoes to the meat mixture. Add grated carrots.
