* mozzarella, finely shredded, 1 cup
* mixed blend cheese, finely shredded, 1 cup
* cottage cheese, 2 cups, loosely packed
* diced tomatoes, 1.5 cup
* tomato sauce, 1.5 cup
* diced raw onion, 1 cup
* water, 1 cup

((NOTE: IF YOU DON'T HAVE 'OVEN READY' NOODLES AND NEED TO BOIL THEM, THEN ELIMINATE THE WATER FROM THE RECIPE!))


How Do I Make Mama Mia Meatless Lasagna?

Here is how you make Mama Mia Meatless Lasagna:

Pre-Heat Oven to 375*F. Spray a large 13 x 9" (or similar) baking pan with non-stick spray. In a large bowl, combine the tomato sauce, water, diced onions & water (optional). In a medium bowl, combine the cottage cheese & 3/4 the mixture of shredded cheeses... you will need to save some for the end of the dish.In your baking pan, put down one layer of lasagna noodles - break them if necessary to make more fit. Put a layer of the tomato sauce on top, just lightly covering the noodles. Put a layer of the cheese mixture on top - you do not have to fully cover the tomato mixture. Put another layer of lasagna noodles down and push agains the cheese so they are stuck down. Put another layer of the sauce & cheese until you reach the top. If you have sauce left over, drench the whole top of the lasagna dish with the tomato sauce. Sprinkle heavily with more shredded cheese. Cover with foil and bake for 35 minutes.
