How Do I Make Lasagna?

Here is how you make Lasagna:

Brown Ground beef, add mushrooms and onions if used and add pasta sauce and remove from heat. Line bottom of 10 X 14 lasagna pan with lasagna noodles. Cover with a layer of ground beef mixture, then noodles, then cottage cheese, noodles again if left over, then the rest of the sauce and topped with shredded cheese. Bake in 325 degree oven for 45 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and nicely starting to brown.
