Here is how you make Mom's Lasagna Rolls:

Cook Lasagna noodles according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a skillet, brown turkey & onion (optional). Drain off grease. Stir in spaghetti sauce and simmer 5 minutes. Spread meat sauce (thin layer) on each noodle, top with thin layer of cheese. Carefully roll up each noodle and place seam side down in a 13x9 baking pan.
