Here is how you make Ari's Basic Lasagna:

Heat oil in skillet and sautee carrots and onions until soft. Season w/ salt and pepper. Add turkey meat and cook till brown. Add tomato sauce and cook to a med temp.Add some plain tomato sauce to the bottom of a lasagna tray. Line tray w/ lasagna pasta. Layer ricotta, cheese and tomato sauce. Repeat until the top of the tray is reached. Then top w/ more sauce, ricotta and finally mozzarella. Cook, covered, in oven pre-heated to 375 for 25 mins.
